Thumbprint Rebrand
Post-Acquisition Brand Transformation Rebuilt a $35M organization's brand identity from the ground up following an acquisition, unifying two opposing brand cultures into one cohesive enterprise-ready system that unlocked an $8M RFP pipeline in under three months.

Project Purpose
When ScreenBroidery acquired Thumbprint, two companies with opposing identities needed to become one. ScreenBroidery leaned playful and startup-friendly. Thumbprint skewed technical and had drifted from the creativity enterprise clients still relied on.
Without a unified narrative, the value proposition felt scattered. Sales lacked language. Leadership lacked alignment. And the market wasn't buying it.
Our Solution
- Conducted interviews with clients, executives, partners, and internal teams to ground the new brand in real buyer truth.
- Evaluated competitors, adjacent tech companies, and industry leaders to find white space.
- Rebuilt the brand from its foundation: logo, voice, guidelines, photography, and platform narrative.
- Reshaped the story around "services as a product," positioning Thumbprint as a solutions partner rather than a swag distributor.
- Directed full photo shoots and introduced platform animation to balance creativity and technology in the brand story.
- Wrote a 15-page brand voice guide and held 30+ executive alignment sessions before launch.
- Delivered a 60-page brand guideline covering logos, typography, color accessibility, photography, merch systems, and web interaction styles.
